Shipping Information

Free Shipping on Every Order
No minimum. No catch. Every Iron Grip order ships free to US addresses.
Free Standard Shipping (US)
- •All US orders ship FREE — no minimum order required.
- •Orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- •Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days via USPS First-Class or UPS Ground.
- •You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Expedited Shipping
- •2-Day Express (UPS): $8.99 flat rate.
- •Next-Day (UPS Overnight): $14.99 flat rate.
- •Expedited orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days ship the same day.
- •Weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.
International Shipping
- •We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of Western Europe.
- •International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- •Estimated international delivery: 7–14 business days.
- •Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
- •A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.
- •You can track your order via USPS.com or UPS.com using the provided number.
- •If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- •If your package arrives damaged, take photos and email us at help@irongrippro.com within 7 days.
- •We'll ship a replacement at no charge via expedited delivery.
- •For packages marked "Delivered" but not received, wait 24 hours (packages are sometimes prematurely scanned) then contact us.
- •We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO
- •We proudly ship to military addresses at no extra charge.
- •APO/FPO/DPO orders ship via USPS and typically arrive in 7–10 business days.
