If Iron Grip Pro doesn't work for you — wrong mount position, incompatible car, changed your mind, anything — you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Free return shipping. Always.

Email help@irongrippro.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. You don't need to justify your return — we just want to know so we can keep improving.
We Send a Label
Within 1 business day, we'll email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label. You won't pay a cent for return shipping.
Drop It Off
Drop your package at any USPS location or mailbox. No box? We'll help you figure it out.
Refund in 48 Hours
Once we confirm the package is in transit (not even received — in transit), your refund is issued to your original payment method within 48 hours.

Return window: 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Condition: Products may be opened and used.
Return shipping: We provide a prepaid label. It's free.

Defects after 30 days: We'll replace it. Manufacturing defects have no time limit.

What if my Iron Grip Pro stopped working?
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect at any time, we'll replace it free of charge — beyond the 30-day window. Contact us with a photo or video showing the issue.
Do I need original packaging?
No. Any packaging that protects the item in transit is fine. We'll still process your return.
Can I return an opened product?
Yes. We don't require products to be unopened or unused. If you tried it and it wasn't right for you, that's what the 30 days is for.
What if I got the wrong item?
That's 100% on us. Email help@irongrippro.com and we'll ship the correct item same day via expedited shipping — no return needed on the wrong item.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Absolutely. If you want a different color variant or product, just let us know and we'll arrange an exchange instead of refund.
